STRATHPINE SPORTS - TEAM COMPETITION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering a team in any Strathpine Sports competition, the Team Organiser and all team members agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Season Commitment
Teams are registering for a 16 - 17 week season.
Team fees are payable weekly unless otherwise arranged with Strathpine Sports.
Registration in the competition constitutes a commitment for the full season.
Our seasons roll over into the next. Teams can opt out for the next season
2. Forfeits
Teams must provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled game.
Forfeits received with less than 72 hours' notice will be considered a late forfeit.
Teams that forfeit on the day of their scheduled game may be offered the opportunity to play double games the following week to make up for the missed fixture.
If the team declines the double-game option, the team will be responsible for:
Their own weekly team fee; and
The opposing team's fee for the missed game.
Strathpine Sports reserves the right to determine whether a make-up game can be scheduled.
3. Team Withdrawal
Should a team choose to withdraw from the competition during the season, written notice must be provided to Strathpine Sports.
Any outstanding fees, charges, or amounts owing by the team up to the date of withdrawal must be paid in full before the withdrawal is finalised.
Team withdrawals do not waive any fees already incurred.
4. Outstanding Fees
Team Organisers are responsible for ensuring team fees are paid and kept up to date.
Strathpine Sports reserves the right to refuse participation in games or finals where accounts remain unpaid.
Teams with outstanding balances may be ineligible for finals participation until all fees are settled.
5. Finals Eligibility
Teams must be financial and comply with all competition rules to be eligible for finals.
Strathpine Sports reserves the right to determine finals eligibility where outstanding fees or disciplinary matters exist.
6. Competition Administration
Strathpine Sports reserves the right to amend fixtures, playing times, competition formats, and these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
Any changes will be communicated to Team Organisers as soon as reasonably practicable.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By registering a team in a Strathpine Sports competition, the Team Organiser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions on behalf of their team.
